SALE OF REAL PROPERTY PURSUANT TO
THE PENNSYLVANIA BOROUGH CODE

Second noticed is hereby given that the Green Lane Borough is requesting sealed bids pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Borough Code in connection with the sale of approximately 10,246 square feet of land comprised of Montgomery County Parcel ID 07-00-00181-50-5, with an address of 303 Main Street in the Borough. The terms and conditions of the sale of the abovementioned land with the buildings and improvements located thereon have been fixed by the Borough Council in accordance with a Resolution duly adopted at a public meeting on June 9, 2022. All bids, whether delivered or sent by mail, must be received in the bid opening room on or before 3 p.m. EST on December 2, 2022. The bid opening room is located at the Borough office at 214 Main Street, Green Lane, PA 18054.
