SAVE THE DATE! TIME TO CELEBRATE!

The famous Red Hill Band will play a concert in Isaac Smith Park, Green Lane Borough, on September 20, from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. as part of the Borough’s Sesquicentennial celebration. Bring your chair or blanket and come enjoy popular tunes at an old-fashioned outdoor concert. Food and beverages will be available for sale in the park.

ZONING HEARING BOARD TO CONSIDER VARIANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Section 415-134 of the Green Lane Borough Zoning Ordinance of 1971, (hereinafter “Ordinance”), as amended, of a Hearing before the Green Lane Borough Zoning Hearing Board on June 5, 2025, at 6:30 P.M. at the Green Lane Borough Office, Main Street, Green Lane, PA, on the Application of Michael Tierney and Kelsey Butt, owners of the property known as 301-303 Main Street, Green Lane Borough, PA, being Parcel Nos. 07-00-00181-00-1 and 07-00-00181-50-5 in the BR-Borough Residential Zoning District, for a Variance from § 415-28 and § 415-16 C. (3) to permit a rear yard setback of 15 feet rather than 25 feet, and a Variance from § 415-26 to permit a guest house/in-law suite. Please take notice that the Borough Council of the Borough of Green Lane (“Council”) will discuss and possibly adopt a proposed ordinance, which is summarized below, at its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 8, 2025, at the Borough Hall at the Green Lane Firehouse, 214 Main Street, Green Lane, PA. All interested persons are invited to attend. INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TO MEET JANUARY 9
