IDA Will HOLD ANNUAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Green Lane Industrial Development Authority (the “Authority”) will meet and hold a public meeting of the Authority on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 6:45 p.m., prevailing time, at the Green Lane Borough Hall at the Green Lane Firehouse, 214 Main Street, Green Lane, PA, for purposes of (1) holding the annual meeting of the Authority, and (2) conducting such other business that will come before the Authority. All persons interested in the foregoing are invited to attend this meeting. Agenda can be found here. REORGANIZATION MEETING TO INCLUDE APPOINTMENTS

Committees, officer appointments, and other officials are considered and determined by Council every two years during the biannual reorganization meeting following an election. The next such meeting will be held on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. Agenda can be found here.

2026 PUBLIC MEETING SCHEDULE APPROVED

Notice is hereby given of the following Borough of Green Lane public meetings in calendar year 2026, with all meetings to be held at Green Lane Borough Hall at the Green Lane Firehouse, 214 Main Street, Green Lane, PA 18054. All interested persons are invited to attend. If you are a person with a disability and wish to attend a scheduled meeting as stated below and require a service or other accommodation to participate in the proceedings, please contact the Borough of Green Lane at (215) 234-8633 at least two (2) days prior to the date of the scheduled meeting to discuss how the Borough of Green Lane may best accommodate your needs. 2026 Borough Council reorganization meeting: 6:30 p.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026. January of 2026 Borough Council regular meeting: 7 p.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026. 2026 Borough Council regular meetings: 7 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month, with the exception of January (February 12, March 12, April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10, October 8, November 12, and December 10, 2026). 2026 Borough Council workshop meetings:  7 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month on an “AS-NEEDED BASIS” only, with the exception of January when there will not be a scheduled workshop meeting (February 5, March 5, April 2, May 7, June 4, July 2, August 6, September 3, October 1, November 5, and December 3, 2026). 2026 Planning Commission meetings:  6:30 p.m. on the Monday BEFORE the regular monthly Borough Council meetings on an “AS-NEEDED

COUNCIL MEETING LOCATION CHANGED

Green Lane Borough Council will meet in the banquet hall of the Green Lane Fire Company on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 7 p.m., to consider the items on the linked agenda and any other business that may come before Council. Early in the meeting, outgoing Mayor Lynn Bergey will be honored for her 15 years’ of service as the Mayor of Green Lane. The regular business meeting will follow. The monthly meeting is usually held in the Borough Office on the first floor of the Fire Hall, but it has been moved to the second floor banquet hall to accommodate more guests. Parking for the banquet hall is in the rear of the building at 214 Main St. An elevator is available to reach the hall on the second floor. View Agenda Here

Proposed Ordinance Would Set 2026 Tax Rate

The Borough Council of the Borough of Green will discuss and possibly adopt a proposed ordinance setting the tax rates for 2026 at its regular meeting at 7 p.m. on December 11, 2025, at the Borough Office located at 214 Main Street at the Green Lane Fire House, Green Lane, PA.
