The Green Lane Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hear a variance request from the owner of 116 Green Street at meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at the Green Lane Borough office, 214 Main Street. T The Application of MacHomes, LLC, owner of the property known as 116 Green Street, Green Lane Borough, PA, being Parcel No. 07-00-00082-001 in the R-2 Residential Zoning District, is for a variance from §415-13.A to permit a lot width at the street line of 20’rather than the required 60’; a variance or an interpretation pursuant to §415-81.C(1) to permit construction of a single family dwelling in an area of steep slopes; and a special exception pursuant to §415-81.B(1)(3), (4), & (7) to permit yards and lot area, sanitary or storm sewers and/or stormwater detention basins, underground utility transmission lines, and roads, access driveways, and/or parking facilities within areas of steep slopes.
